Today I did a short Milhoy upper body workout + 100 KB swings + my own stretch.

Good day all,

Today was Jenny Ford Basic Step w/cardio blasts.

Siobhan - I admire you doing KB swings. Looks like fun, but alas, my low back can't handle it.
 
Today I did my 140 bpm Freestyle Cardio Kickboxing routine and added in some weights to 3 ladies for about 55 minutes.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs and legs.

It’s a rest day for me so only a little KY. I have to finish my plan for next week.
