Last evening: Shoulder work (PUB shoulders plus Gym Style shoulders) and CTX Kickbox (warmup, cardio and cooldown/stretch only).

Tonight: legwork on schedule.

Feeling exceptional chipper this morning!! Must have been the MIC last evening!! I also added two ab segments, one from All Step and one from BodyMax for a 20 minute ab workout.

PUB today. Have a great day Cathy and to all that follow.
 
Wow, 5 am and I'm third. Today is my rest day, which worked out well since I have to be at a meeting at 6:30. Of course that also means my new Ryka's arrived last night, making me wait a whole day before I break them in!

Have a great day--the heat has broken here. Yesterday was hotter than we had all last summer, and it's only June.

Last night I did The Viper off the Terminator DVD. Love it! And then I was still feeling great, so I did segment 1 of Coremax. Those planks at the end are killers.

Tonight I have Lowmax on tap. It's gonna be a stinker here today. Bring it on, I say!

Yes its this weekend and I still have so much to do ;(

I likely will post tomorrow but there will probably be no workouts over the weekend and I won't be able to post till I get my computer hooked up so I will be out of touch for a few days unless I log on at work}(
 
Good Morning! Today it's cardio, I'm not sure what w/o yet. I'm going to do minimal impact and was thinking of mish moshing CW step and combos from IMAX 2&3.

Good Luck with your move Cathy. The epitome of organized chaos. I did it almost 6 weeks ago and just unpacked one of the last boxes packed as the movers were loading the truck. It had a curious assortment of, among other things, bedding, tampons, tools and a tub of margarine.:p The margarine was pretty nastyx( .

Tammy, I did the BC core only this week and had some nice ab DOMS. I think I'll add it to my mix.

It seems everyone is so busy! Must be because we're excited it's the weekend!

Today was LL. I am feeling very proud of myself! I increased my weights to 70,50,40 for this w/o. HOOTIE-HOO! RS is supposed to be on Fit Tv today, so I am going to do it. I want to see if this one is going to be my next purchase. It's on backorder right now, but this way I'll see if it's worth the wait.

We pick up my FIL from the airport tonight. He's been in Iraq for a year. My husband is very excited. They are very close.

Yesterday I added an hour walk with DS to my work out. It was nice.

Today I'm thinking kickboxing is on tap...I still haven't done cardio kicks...I think it's time I give it a shot!

Good Morning Girls!
Everyone sounds chipper on the beautiful Friday morning.
I tried Imax2, got thru most of it. Could only do 2 sets of Plie jacks. Did squats while she was doing the rest of those.
Also CoreMax1.
Last night I did PLB & some Rhythmic Step. It's amazing how much better I feel when I'm done w/ the cardio. After PLB I was ready for some cool whip to go w/ my jello legs and felt stronger after cardio.

Hot & humid here today so the boys and I will be by the pool in the sun.:)

Today is Low Max and final preparation for Party Max, and Scrap book Max. At least my house is in semi-good order thanks to Flylady.com Tonight the out of state family arrives and our evening will be fajitas on the deck and swimming.

Am so glad it's Friday!!:7

This morning I did IMAX and abs from ME. Great workout!

I forgot to share something that happened yesterday when I went for the root canal. This is a Cathe compliment for sure!! The dentist was a specialist so I'd never seen him before. He was young, tan, and fit and looked like a tennis player. When he came in the room he said "Becky, are you a runner?" I kind of laughed and said "no, not a runner" and he said "well , I just thought so because you're in such great shape!"
It was a great compliment to me as I'd always admired the legs and look of a runners body and I will be 42 next month and have 3 kids, ages 14, 19, and 21.
So Cathe really is coming through for me!!
My husband, who never seems to notice much of anything like that, even said to me the other day that he noticed my arms and shoulders are looking "BUFF". WOW!

Wendy...I just got Cadrio Kicks awhile ago, I have done it twice I like it but KPC is still my fav.

Hello Ladies,

I have lowmax and legs/glutes on tap for today. I am going to do lowmax this morning and then legs and glutes this afternoon. Looks like lowmax is on the schedule for a lot of people today. It is a fun workout for sure :)

Carla-I am so happy for that you increased your weights and for your FIL coming home. That is wonderful!

Cathy-I hate moving! Good luck

Suzanne-Let me know how you like your rykas. I am planning on getting a pair very soon.

Shelley-I think you would love PLB/PUB SO happy for you that Sophie comes back today:)

Wendy-Aren't those walk with Joey nice? I remember when my son was a baby and we would do walks. Now he is 24 so enjoy every minute!

Good morning! It's FRIDAY!

This morning I did Leaner Legs for the first time ever, and all I can say is WHOAH! I thought the squats would never end! Oh yeah, I'll be feeling this one tomorrow. Heck, I'll probably be feeling it this afternoon!

Cathy - good luck with your move! You'll be so relieved when it's over, I'm sure.

Foodie Sue (I love that name!) - I just got my new Rykas too, they are the best! :)

Shelley - yay! You get Sophie back!

Carla - how awesome that your FIL is coming home from Iraq!
