Daily Check-in Friday, June 23rd, 2023

Good Morning Everyone,

I slept in until 6am this morning. I have to stop the double espresso's as it's interfering with me ability to fall asleep quickly. I managed Cathe's 30/30 (love the cardio from the Shock series) and 10 minutes of MPL. At least I did something.

Great workouts from everyone yesterday - and long ones Annette and Nora. Have a wonderful day friends.

Hi ladies,

Doctor's visit went well, I can go either way remove or watch. I have chosen to have it removed. Looking at the 3rd of July, 8 days no driving, 14 days before I can return to the gym and during the recovery time I can't lift more than 15 pounds.

Today I did a CDORNER HIIT Style Cardio Kickboxing workout which was 30 minutes with my wrist weights on.

Still waiting on the Doctor's office to call me back with further instructions and details.

Nice workout all around.
 
Hi girls, my knee was really hurting today, so no workout:(. Great workouts for all of you!

weekends are usually rest for me, so I imagine this one will be too….
