Nora, I think sometimes it's good to take a little break from workouts and re-group!

I only did a short little blender this AM- "15 min. Express STS 2.0 Foam Rolling-Upper & Lower Body" I need to try & get a little cleaning done & maybe laundry.

Yeahhhh. Linda, you're back! I am so happy. Thank you for returning and starting us off. All is well in the world again. We've missed you.

That's a great little workout you did today. I was inspired by your comments about 2.0 Supersets so did it today. It's really good! You are right. I might pull out her old SS to try that again. It's been years.

Annette - I hope you are feeling a bit better today and can get in another small workout

I understand about getting cleaning & laundry done, its a never ending kind of thing. Enjoy a beautiful Friday;)

Siobhan- Good for you up and ready to take on the day;) Yes, Linda is inspiring me too with her STS 2.0 workouts today. Its nice to know there are express workouts, so cool. I'll be starting my journey with STS 2.0 Monday, it should be fun and challenging.
I have to confess its been a long time since I've done STS. If you do give it a go have fun. I imagine with the blender would offer lots of options. Have a great Friday:)

Annette- I hope the meds are helping and the change to soft foods will ease things up and make you feel better. Still sending you healing prayers.

Hi gals,

Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts. Pain is less, but the upper abdominal is still bloated and I can't hold it in. Soft food is great at least I can get some calories.

So today I went back to the Taebo I did yesterday and started it where I left off. Billy was doing crazy dance moves at the end so I stopped but it was 25 minutes of taebo and he even did lots of kicks so that was nice. I tried a weight routine on YouTube but couldn't get into it after 5 min.

Too hot to lay out (can't believe I am saying that, LOL!).
