Hardcore- High Step Challenge- Timesaver #1= 51 Min
I did plan to also do an XTrain Ride, but I couldn't due to extreme discomfort in low back and glutes, so I opted to not to do Ride.
I slept very poorly last night I think 3 hours, so I'm sure that had something to do with not having energy to o more. So I did the best I could
getting High Step Challenge Timesaver #1 in. At least got one workout two planned accomplished today. Saturday & Sunday are going to be rest days for me.
