LMRE2- HITT Fusion = 29 Min
Ab Hits - Workout # 9 Power Hour Abs= 6 Min

Alot of cardio going on there! :)

Today's workout:

CatheLive- "Fit 400: Upper Body Blast" - 49 min. (This one is fun, a nice little upper body mix with weights
& the Boss Band with a bit of cardio thrown in)

Hey ladies,

After eating out, we both went to the fitness room here at the hotel and I did 25 minutes on the elliptical and he did 24 minutes on the treadmill!! Yay!! Nice workouts!!

More travel tomorrow.

Here's today's workout:

Hardcore- High Step Challenge- Timesaver #1= 51 Min

I did plan to also do an XTrain Ride, but I couldn't due to extreme discomfort in low back and glutes, so I opted to not to do Ride.
I slept very poorly last night I think 3 hours, so I'm sure that had something to do with not having energy to o more. So I did the best I could
getting High Step Challenge Timesaver #1 in. At least got one workout two planned accomplished today. Saturday & Sunday are going to be rest days for me.
