Hi Annette,

Today, I did more horizontal conditioning. I did the whole workout - again (another dvd). I am so impressed with myself. I am not sure I've ever finished one of her workouts and this week I finished 2! They are about 50+ minutes long. Wowza!

Great job!! I am proud of you!!

Today I had 3 including one man(husband of one of the ladies) and we did my fan favorite the Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit for an hour.


Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including barbell, dumbbells and a machine plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Looks like we are going to Colorado for the memorial out there next Saturday.
