Hi Siobhan and Geoff and others,

Today I laid in the sun for just over 2 hours, then I did a 22 minute Taebo off of YouTube. I am actually sore from my weight workout yesterday.

Really hot today but with a wonderful breeze.

Still getting back into the swing of things and got a short upper body workout in today. Yesterday, was a 25min cardio workout. I think returning to work has helped me get back to normal. Not trying to over excaudate but being locked in that small hotel drove me crazy. Heck, my first night home I woke up at 6:30am having a panic attack. I might get lucky and hit 20 workouts for June.

Do what you can, don't push yourself. Glad you got a workout in today.

Add to mine 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
