Still getting back into the swing of things and got a short upper body workout in today. Yesterday, was a 25min cardio workout. I think returning to work has helped me get back to normal. Not trying to over excaudate but being locked in that small hotel drove me crazy. Heck, my first night home I woke up at 6:30am having a panic attack. I might get lucky and hit 20 workouts for June.
