Hi gals,

Today I taught my disco circuit class to 7 ladies including a new lady. This class is 53 minutes long.

Then I did an hour of weight work including 10 minutes on the stair machine for legs and floorwork abs. Shoulder still hurts today more than usual. I see the orthopedic doctor on Wednesday so I will ask him for suggestions.

Now off to grocery shop.

Hi Annette. Sounds like your class is catching on. Getting new people is fantastic! Good for you. Today I did Cathe Live Metabolic meltdown. It's short at only 42 min but....WOW! Very very nice. I recently acquired Step Moves by Cathe. I got seriously tripped up with the choreography. I'm not a quitter tho. Hello to everyone.
 
Hello Annette & Peg, and all to follow...this AM I did a Jenny Craig indoor walk and this PM I did a total body
Blender mix consisting of segments from Ice, S&S, and Xtrain. I liked it, Abt 38 min. I'll re-visit that one.
Peg, I am looking forward to doing Metabolic Meltdown Live...and I am glad it is shorter, it just makes it easier
For me to do them, if they're 45 min or less...I know a lot of people like the Lives to be an hr or more, but I tend
To skip over them...I have done some of them tho'....
 
I had a rotten sleep last night, so just did some ball rolling-release today.

Linda, excellent 'everything' routine today. I don't usually do workouts over 40 mins these days. Some of the weights ones go over 55 mins if you include a longer stretch which I have to do.
Peg, great Live w-o & good for you for sticking with the steps learning. :)
Annette, great class & workout today. I wish you the best with your upcoming appt. Shoulders can be complicated to figure out sometimes.
