Good morning ladies,

A couple short, easier workouts for me this AM:

Blender- "Easy" Upper Body- 20 min. (still "babying" my right hip/back)
Blender- Express Mixed Abs - 19 min. (went a little easier on these too)

Short, but sweet!

ETA: Might try to get in a treadmill walk somewhere!
ETA #2: I just finished…IFit treadmill walk around Lake Misurina, Italy - 21 min.

Nothing wrong with short and sweet workouts especially if you are trying to take it easy, it's all good. WTG getting it done, high fives:)

STS 2.0 - Tri Sets Total Body- Express #3 Single Total Body= 40 Min
Jessica Smith- 5 Mix & Match Miles- Waistine Work= 16 Min

Hi ladies,

I must be a glutton for punishment this week !! Because today I came to the gym and did 62 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes of leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch. So an 87 minute workout, oh my!!!

I am down now 10 pounds so that is partly my motivation!!

Annette, After not feeling well, you deserve the great workouts you’ve been doing. Nice workout doing 62 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes of leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch. And congrats on 10lbs down! :)
