Good Friday Morning everyone,

Today was a bit of a mishmosh - I completed 30 minutes of Bob Harper's Total Body Transformation and then moved onto 15 minutes of Cathe's KPC kicking and punching drills. Now I am finished.

I hope you all have a great Friday. It's almost the weekendddddddddddd!

Whoo hoo tv's fixed so I can resume my cardio next week!!!!!:D:D:D

Today I did 55 min. at the gym, warming up on the treadmill then doing 50 min. of mostly free weights some machines but not many. Hit abs and legs also.;)

Have a great weekend. I laid in the sun yesterday and got red, didn't even think I was getting much but alas I did. I am doing well on my tan this year.:D
