I didn't check in yesterday but I did work out. I

Today I did another milhoy workout - upper body. I added on 100 KB swings + my own stretch

Annette - glad to read your health has improved. Still, that must have been a real scare for you!

Today was Yvette's latest Kickboxing Step. This was tough for a Friday when I did not sleep well :oops:.

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 62 minutes on the elliptical and 45 minutes of weight work. Really felt good today. This also included floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Yes, more scary with the blood pressure issue. Learned my lesson.

Today was Jessica Smith Dance Stretch. I had doms so bad this morning from yesterday's workout. Jessica's stretch was just the thing I needed today.
