Hi Siobhan and mad dog(hope that is right),

Always nice to see a new poster, welcome!

Today I taught my Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit to 5 members for a little over an hour. It was tough considering how sore I still am from Wednesday's workout.

Then I did about 44 minutes of weight work including barbell press all the way to 115 pounds, not full reps but off the rack and partially down. Then I did the back and shoulder machines, and dumbbells for chest flyes, triceps and biceps. Ended with floorwork for abs and some calf work on the step.

I am beat.

GREAT JOB On the 115lb Barbell!!!! Today, was an off day but I ended up doing a 20min Thighs of Steel Workout.
