Today's workouts:
Blender- Icy STS 2.0 Bootcamp - 30 min. (still going easy on cardio & lower body moves)
YT-Phoenix Nation- Ropeless Jump Rope Workout - about 14 min. (Nora, this is one of her latest and she is
trying out & giving a review on CrossRope's new Ropeless Jump Rope. I liked it, the total time of video is
about 21 min, but she gives a review first and the workout actually starts at about 7 min. in. She says it is
a 10 min workout, but I actually clocked it in at about 14 min.) I like that new CrossRope Ropeless, but
it's expensive...the cheapest set is about $110.00 with discount. Yikes!
