Tammy, have fun and tell Sean I said Hi !:D I did #3 yesterday.

Today is B&G floorwork but I did that as part of my leg workout yesterday so I am doing U/B today. I wanted to add one more u/b anyway. I am thinking CTX, but not sure. Will add on abs too.
Suggestions for a good u/b workout that I might not be thinking about ??:p

Today I'll clean and get ready for a weekend visit from my MIL !
The GOOD news is, a week from today, we leave on vacation!!!!
I need to focus on that .:7

Well...up an at em. I am about to head off to the gym for some HIIT on the treadmill. Then it will be a B&G premix later...probably the leg blaster one. And either the add-on abs from B&G or a CoreMax ab workout.

Tammy~sounds like you got some good workouts ahead of you:D
Becky~keep focusing on that vacation...and thats some extra motivation for you. I know it always motivates me to be going on vacation. Where you off to? And I like ME or MM upper body only premixes if you have either of those. Have a good w/o!!

SB today. I think it stands for Sweating Buckets!

Becky, how about BM2 double upper body? It moves along very quickly. I really like it except for the double abs. I actually think that is a little much. Where is vacation?

Tammy, have fun with Sean! All this talk of CC has me thinking about joing a gym that has cardio equipment so I can try it. There's a little gym opening up this weekend right around the corner from me!

Good Morning.

Okay, so I am supposed to be fitting in PLB, 2 cardios and 1 yoga session in 2 days...

I plan on taking a class (either spin or kickbox) at the gym this evening to cover one cardio so I will do either PLB or yoga at nap time. I guess I will do whatever is left over tomorrow!

Thank you for the suggestions. Christina, I chose ME U/B and that was perfect for me today! Phyllis, I HAVE done that premix}( }( }( , but I just did BM2 U/B earlier this week, so I needed something different. I agree that the double abs are almost TOO much . Maybe not almost !:eek:

I feel like doing step too.....but really have too much to do today,so I guess I should skip it. Maybe I can fit a walk in later.

We're going to Hilton Head. We love it there , but one day really want to go to the Outer Banks.

Hi everyone!

Phyllis - BM2 UB abs are too much! I just do the ab section once, and I do not feel one bit guilty!

Becky - I love the OBX!!!! We were planning on HH this year, but with DH being ill that just didn't happen. We have been to OBX many times and it feels like home away from home for us, we just can't stay away, I think!

Today was Kim Miller Aerobic Euphoria, Hi/lo section and ab hits.

I have splurged a bit and brought a bran muffin for my morning treat here at work, but I have been staying away from the desserts and cookies this entire week!
 
Good Friday Morning Hellos to Tammy, Becky, Christina, Phyllis, Wendy , Conni, Jane and all who follow.

Well I'm taking a few unscheduled rest days for now as I can barely walk

the other night my husband broke some glass and thought he cleaned up the area in the kitchen he must've walked a few fragments of glass into our carpeted bedroom with his shoes; I walk barefoot and yup stepped on some glass, my left heel bleed & hurt something fierce but I was able to stop the bleeding.

I was hopping all over the place, I think I got all the pieces of glass out but it's been cut in a few areas mainly my heel and when I stand completely on it it makes me flinch :(

Needless to say I'll let the main cut heal until I can walk better without feeling a nasty sore cut.
 
Vilma,

Ouch!!!! I hope you are sure that all the glass is out of that foot, you don't want an infection in there. Be careful and I hope you heal fast!

I believe I got it all out but it's just very sore and painful when I stand on it - the main cut is just beneath my heel bone where all the weight is taken on so it hurts but I don't feel any glass in it just the bad boo boo soreness of it, I'm hoping it'll heal quickly
You should see me trying to walk lol I'm hobbling all over the place lol
 
I did one of hodge podge workouts off of Pure Strength today (upper body), and abs. I was able to up my weight on most all the exercises.

Take it easy today. Guess you have no choice but to prop your foot (and the rest of yourself) up on pillows on the couch and have a movie day!!!:7
 
Well, I didn't get to complete my work out today cause DS got up early from his nap but I got in PLB minus the floor work and some of Kenpo X so that's good enough. If I have time and energy later I may finish Kenpo but it certainly will not be the end of the world if I don't get to it.

I had a great run w/Coach Sean this morning. It was actually my first time running the revised version of volume #2 :eek::eek: I really liked this one. I am trying to improve on my speed and endurance on hills and this will be perfect for me.

I did my workout last night in the evening, I did Tracey StepSweatfest, I like that one a lot and then I did stretchmax 3. My inner thigh is sore from Tracey's kickbox. I think tonight my be a rest night as I haven't cooked dinner yet and it's already 7pm, I may try to get my workout in before work in the morning if I can drag my butt out of bed in time.:-(
