Hi Everyone,

Today I did 30 minutes of more cycling SSOD + 25 minutes of RWH chest/shoulders. I will do my own long stretch.

Lisa - you are having a lovely vacation!
Annette - Teaching fitness seems to be your thing! You are enjoying so much. I guess you don't teach at school anymore is that right?

I hope you both had a wonderful day yesterday.

Hi ladies,

No, Ceci I am not subbing any more. I gave it up after youngest son graduated high school so I could be his transportation to classes at the Community college which fell in the middle of day not allowing me to sub any more.

Today I taught my Weights, Cardio and Weights 2 workout to 6 ladies for an hour.

Then I did 10 minutes of weight work only because I was in a hurry. It was chest flies, bicep hammers, and overhead 1 arm triceps.

Hot day again today.

And yes, I enjoy it very much. But sometimes I think that I will give out before my ladies do,LOL! :O

Hi all

Today was a yoga day. We took our son and his girlfriend to brunch.

Ceci I love having a staycation every once in a while. We usually go away for a full week sometime during the year then take a few weeks off to just do day trips. I have been at my job for 30 years so I get a lot of time off.

Annette will you go back to teaching once your son is done with college?

Have a great day.

Lisa, I was only a substitute teacher and he has been out since 2017 (he got a certificate in graphic design) . Technically I don't have to work so I can remain home and teach my class at the gym on a volunteer basis. I only worked sporadically to supplement what hubby was making at the time because I was homeschooling the boys and needed to be home.

I worked weekends for a little over 2 years back in 2007-2009. I was a sub from 2010-2015 and taught evening GED classes (math) 2013-2015 roughly.

Annette that’s great that you enjoy staying home. It’s amazing how different we all are and the choices we have. I stayed at home until my kids were in kindergarten then went back part time. I started full time when they could fend for themselves after school. I could not wait to go back ;).
