Hi Everyone,

Today I took a bit of a rest day. I did a really good 20 minute stretch for back + 10 minutes of shoulders and biceps with Kristina Girod from youtube.

Great workouts Geoff and Annette (Geoff - that's a lot of workouts. I tracked my workouts for years and somehow stopped. not sure why).

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday, was a 20min upper body workout today and I plan to do a 20min lower body workout later on and I'll calculate the month.

Hi all,

Today I had 8 ladies including 3 new to my class, of which 2 are new to the gym, so that was nice to see on a Friday.

We did one of my circuits which also used the barbell, can't remember the name. It was 55 minutes long.

Then after talking for a bit, I tried some older workouts with the new music for 20 minutes. Wasn't really into it today.

I finished with 35 minutes of weight work mostly chest and back, with floorwork for abs.

Now I can go home.
