Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

YT- LiveFitness- Total Body Weight Plate Workout - 27 min. (great workout)
YT- Workout with Roxanne- 10 min. Core Strength with Yoga Block ( liked it!)
Blender- "Recovery, Mobility, Strength & Stretch" - 28 min.

Little longer workout today, weekend will probably be a rest one!

Annette, enjoy your day at the pool! :) Wish I was going! :)

Nora, did you order Kelly's 2 new Raw dvds? I had an email from her this morning about ordering them.
I am wondering if they are ready to ship yet? Didn't think I would get them, but now I am undecided.

Siobhan, enjoy your day & workout, if you do. The "Aliens" are waiting for you ! LOL!
 
Good Morning Everyone,

I was incorrect. Training is from NYC. Today I did a 32 minute Quick Cardio Fix from Cathe Live - that was pretty tough. I added on a 12 minute Anabolic Aliens for legs. I am sweating!!!!

Great workout this morning, Linda.
Annette and Nora - you both got in huge workouts yesterday. I just don't have the stamina to work out that long. I wish I did as I love working out.

Yes, I did order Kelly's 2 new Raw workouts on dvd, according to her facebook post they will be shipping next week.
I always like KCM and enjoy her workouts. These bothe sounded great for doing weights for body parts, individeully so gotta be time friendly. I remember liking the description of she gave for her cardio one as well. Enjoy your Friday & weekend;):)

Let me know if you like Kelly’s new ones….at this point, I don’t
think I will order, I have to much to do as it is with the blender, Hydrow, IFit, and all the
fun workouts I have found on YT. I still have the Raw app, just not currently subscribed to it….maybe she will put these in the app and I can subscribe & try them that way.
 
Hi ladies,

Spent 4 sizzling hours at the pool today. An hour of that was spent in the pool. It was nice and the sun played hide and seek behind some clouds but it was very hot. My face, back and chest and arms will be red later.
