Hi ladies,

Having fun this morning. Wanted to do 2TM, but dvd player refused to cooperate. After fruitless attempts and the clock ticking away. I went to a vhs tape and did Patricks BEST workout, then Ab hits.

If worse comes to worse, I will do 2TM on the portable dvd player tomorrow.

Siobhan - LBB??? Did ya?

Annette - we should be getting a short break from the heat tomorrow!!

Yes! I did LBB when I got home last night. Thanks for the idea. I love that workout. And Conni - VHS? whaaaa?

No workout so far today but I am thinking of doing something light like V-Core when I get home.

Hi all,

I hit the gym and worked out with all the guys, there was only one lady there and she was in the ladies preferred area so I didn't really see her. I hit all muscle groups and abs. Still down that pound so I am happy.

Family reunion tomorrow after noon so pray it isn't as hot there.

I walked through high park for an hour at lunch instead of an after work workout. it was good and hot - sweating lots.

Hi Ladies - I did Turbo firestarter Low HIIT 20, then 12 min intense bodyrock workout using mostly bodyweight and a barbell. It was a great stress buster.

Kitchen is done. I will post pictures later. Hoping to really get into gear with the workouts in the coming weeks....I got a wedding to go to in September

New kitchen

Here are a couple of pics of new kitchen. All the work was done by Lowes. We had new over head, in cabinet and under cabinet lighting; quartz counter top; maple cabinets with cinnamon glaze (mmmm maple and cinnamon) and a fresh paint job. The stove and micro are also new.

Hoping to enjoy a little sanity before the next project....the bathrooms
