Cathe Live: Fantastic Elastic (#322) Total Body using resistance band and loop. I used medium tension, which was a nice challenge. Cathe went lighter. Followed by a treadmill hike and an extended 10 minute stretch.
 
Hi ladies,

Today despite it only being 78° F in the house the humidity must be high. I am a sweaty mess after doing Billy's latest 50 minutes garage Taebo which was fairly even side to side for him. Lots of kicks too. I wore my boxing gloves for half of it as my hands were sweating too much.

So I was preparing my rotation for next month and realized I missed 6 Cathe Live PHA classes. Going to need to fit them in somewhere since I love those workouts. I guess the search function didn’t work as well as expected. :(
 
Linda, no if I was going to the pool today I would have already been there and my workout would have been a pool one.

And Chele, my cutoff temperature in the house is 80°F , over 80 I go to the gym for my cardio. Though today did seem extra hot for it being only 78°.

WTG & awesome job, Billy & kickbox are always fun workouts:) I agree 78 degrees is warm for in the house. It has been warmer in that in my house at times and its a struggle for me to tough out and get it done when its that warm. Have a blessed evening and hopefully it will cooler & less humid tomorrow;)

Sorry, I for got to check in yesterday. It was 1AM when I remembered and I was just too tired. Anyways, I did not workout yesterday, due to lack of sleep and MS symptoms enhanced because of lack of sleep mainly poor balance.

YT- Phoenix Nation- 20 MINUTE Full Body Jump Rope HIIT Workout = 22 Min - used 1/4 CrossRope Ropeless Jump Rope

YT- Trainer Hub - Sandbag Workout for beginners - Weightloss and Strength building = 21 Min
Used: 40 pound sandbag and 20 sandbag for halo's only
