Today was Cathe Live Total Body weights with Stability Ball. Heading to watch Cathe Live at 5:15pm for the RT Class!!

Today I did MH cardio/bodyweight workout + back/bi's/tri's dumbbell workout - also MH. Both were about 30 minutes each.
