Welcome Suzie!!!!

Today I did Cathe's STS - Meso 2 week 2 legs (I only did about 30 minutes as I dropped the 3rd set in the last 2 rounds). I added on 10 minutes of Caroline G's chest. Whoa. That was beyond tough.

And Suzie - you're right. We all do a mix of workouts. I never stray far from Cathe. I've subscribed to her on demand since the beginning. I have almost all of her DVDS up until - I can't remember. I have ICE in DVD form.

Hi Ladies,

Happy, it's Friday!! Damn Intern know it all that interrupts my SIDA Class and an annoying T-Hangar tenant! Going to do a short lower body workout when I get home today. Traying to beat July 2020's record.

Today I had 2 ladies and we did my Disco Body Weight Circuit for 51 minutes. Then I did 45 minutes of weight work.

I really got miffed at myself, on the 1st round of bench press, my one arm buckled on the 3rd rep of only 75 pounds. The bar ended up in my lap after I struggled to maneuver it there. I couldn't lift it back to the rack. So I managed to get the weights off and the bar back to the rack. I reset it at 65 pounds and the same thing happened again, Ugh!! I don't know what happened but it was not normal for me.

I finished up with the back and shoulder machines going heavier, then moving to dumbbells for chest flyes, concentration curls, and tricep work. Ended with floorwork for abs, glutes and legs. And a stretch.
