Daily Check-In Friday, July 20th

Good Morning Fitties! Hi Tammy!

I'm still in Hilton Head but today is the last day !:eek: :-(

We are having a blast and enjoying every minute!!!

I had a rough start when I hurt my back and then got a migraine:eek: and spent the first 3 days here mostly on the couch !!!!
But I've made up for it since........with morning power walks (hour long) on the beach.....sipping frozen coffee drinks afterwards at the local coffee shop, eating seafood everyday , playing in the ocean and laying in the sun.....shopping.......
I don't want to go home !!!!!!!!

But tomorrow we head back. 12 plus hours in the car !

I'll be back with you all working out on Monday morning ! I've missed you all .

Hi Ladies.

Guess what? I can walk!!!! DOMS has finally left the building...for the most part anyway! LOL

Today I will once again try to get X Chest and Back and ARX done. No excuses this time!:p

Becky: Sorry you were hurtin' for the first 3 days of your vaca. What a bummer. Sounds like you had a great time though! Have a safe trip home!!!!

Phyllis - I am with you on those bicep curls. No matter how many times I try those, they just feel awful on my joints.

Today was B & G, I modified the weight load for my back, but I still felt a good burn.

Hi gals,

Today I did 30 min. of legs and abs mostly off of MM and PLB floorwork and abs off of MIS. Feels nice to workout again regularly. My weight was even back down despite all I went through this week so I was very very happy about that!!:7 :7
