Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's recent live legs/core workout but only did the legs portion which was 30 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of hoco - just love doing horizontal/plank work.

Hi Siobhan and others,

Today I taught my Upper Body Plate Workout to 7 ladies for 62 minutes. It was a challenging workout.

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
