Hi gals,

Today was my last day subbing for the group instructor. So I did a circuit workout with them. It was a smaller group. I need to get better with cueing and add more variety. They definitely liked the Kickbox Circuit the best.

So after my hour long teaching circuit I then did 40 minutes longer of more circuit but I only did heavy chest with the barbell highest weight was 4 reps at 100 pounds. And cardio was the elliptical and the stair machine and I ended with abs.

It is hot again today!

I'm back! This was my first day back after training for the week. Great job on the class. It's finally happening. And, you did another workout. wow.

Today I did the following workouts:
TT Expert Workout 1
Mike Donavanik hiit workouts from youtube - 10 minutes
pilates by lisa about 35 minutes - really enjoyed this - it's streaming. first ten days are free but I might keep it for the month - $25 us I think

Nice to see you back Ceci & of course you are into your tough workouts already!! Who is Lisa? Sounds interesting.

I didn't do any workout today as I was very busy with errands/birthdays etc.
Probably another weekend of looking at & trying to get an apartment coming for me.
