Today's workouts (to finish off this week)

Blender- STS 2.0 Super Sets- 25 min.
Blender- STS 2.0 Lower Body 1 - 22 min. (still taking it easy on lower body for the knee)
Int.Timer Pro App- 6 min. Tabata Hiit Jump Rope (all low impact, of Course)

Siobhan, I hope everything is going ok with you during this time of sadness for you...........

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mish mosh of 30 minutes of Michelle Briehler for upper body (supersets). It was really good and challenging. I added on a 15 minute youtube walking workout and then added on 10 minutes of Phoenix Nation her latest - wow that was challenging but I did it. Now, to stretch.

So glad to see everyone working out yesterday. Yeah! Another great workout this morning Linda - weights with cardio.

And I'm doing all right. It comes in waves.

Hi ladies,

I skipped the gym and finally got the temperature in the house to below 80 so I could do something here. Yay!

So I did TLC 30 MINUTES TO FITNESS (KCM) Boxing Combos Premix which is 32 minutes. I had on my wrist weights and I sweated. Hadn't done cardio since before the surgery so it felt good. I think any longer and I might not have made it, but I did!! Yay me!!

Nice workouts ladies.

Now I need to get ready to go to my hair appointment.

Sorry no workout today, which was not the plan, but it is what it is.

We had a pwer outtage from 8:30 AM to 4:10PM. They now say iot was a scheduled maintainance. Oh well so there wnet my workout no power for running tv or dvd player.
I kept my peace and did other stuff round house I haven't had timeto get to.

Siobhan- So glad to hear from you today:) It's tough but yes grief does come in waves, that is absolutely true. We've all lost some one we love and it always sucks, no way around that. Just hang in there know that I'll be keeping you in my prayers.
Nicely done on today's workouts with: YT- Michelle Briehler Upper Body (superset), YT- 15 Min Walking workout, and added on another YT workout with 10 Min of Phoneix Nation's latest jump rope workout.
Then finally a nice stretch. Excellent mix of workouts WTG amd high fives!!;) Enjoy your evening.

Annette- Bravo on today's with KCM TLC 30 Min to Fitness- Premix Boxing Combo's = 32 Min and with wrist weights as well. I have that dvd and it's a keeper, great stuff. WTG & Bravo WTG & high fives!!
