Hi ladies,

Got my new dvds yesterday, I may give them a whirl this weekend. I am going to look at the rotation and decide what I am doing.

Today was MM Upper Body and core.

Hi all, no workout yesterday but today I spent an hour at the gym hitting all muscle groups including legs and abs.

I got approached by a personal trainer at the gym who offered me a free session. I took the offer and will meet with him next Friday at noon for my free session with him, he will take me through a workout and also tell me what some of the equipment I am unfamilar with does which will help me in the long run.


I told him that he isn't allowed to kill me with a workout, he laughed and said that he wouldn't.

Today I did Amy Bento's Slo Mo - I got it in a trade. It's meh. I only managed chest, back, shoulders and part of bi's cos its loooooooooooong.

Annette - careful of the sell from the trainer.

Good workout as usual conni - MM is a good solid workout. I hope you enjoy crossfire and TTM. Prepare to sweat.

Carmen - how's the kitchen going?

Hi ladies. It was five guys again tonight :(

Cabinets and some lighting done. The rest of lighting will be finished tomorrow but I have no water in kitchen. Counter top will be measured on Monday.

Great workouts ladies. Annette I started with a trainer many moons ago. He was an ex body builder and I learned a lot about form from him. Then I got hooked on Cathe.

Ill check in tomorrow.
