Good morning Siobhan, Nora & Annette!

Today's workouts:

Ski & Sculpt workout- 23 min. (kinda my own little mix)
WKOUT AA: Today's states- Pennsylvania, Michigan, & Montana
Hydrow- 10 min. Warmup combo of 5 min Yoga Flow & 5 min Rowing- Pittsburgh, PA
YT- 15 min. Bike ride in Detroit, Michigan
IFit- "Lake Hyalite Meditation" Practice- Boseman, Montana

Wowza Linda - that's some variety. I bet your workout flew by!

Today I did a mix of Cathe 2.0 Killer Legs for 38 minutes and added on Boho Beautiful pilates for 10 minutes. Time to stretch.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 20-minute Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) Recovery Ride= 22 Min

Leslie Sansone- Walk Off Fat Fast- 20 Min Easy Burn = 21 Min
1 Mile walk w/DH

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym around 12 noon started my workout with the back machine that I did 30 pound on each side then just the 25's on each side, went to dumbbell chest press with 20 and 25's tried 30's but the one arm buckled on the 1st rep and I dropped the dumbbell.

So I did hammer curls with the 20's, 25's and 30's, biceps regular curl with 12.5, did overhead triceps with 20's, kickbacks with 12.5, seated clean and press with 12.5, shoulder press with 12.5.

Sled strap pull backwards with 6, 45's, pushed with 7, strap pulled backwards with 8 , then pushed with 12, 45's and a 10 pound on top. Slowly getting back up to my max.

Then did 1 leg machine and then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Talked to Judy between the beginning exercises for 40 minutes then again at the end for longer.

The workout was about 95 minutes but I was at the gym for just over 3.5 hours.

So there you have it my not normal Friday circuit at the gym.

Just popping in to say I added on Leslie Sansone's Walk Slim Fast Start! 1 & 2 Mile Walk- 1 Mile Only= 17.5 Min with wearing 6 pound weighted vest. That's all folks, LOL!!
