Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Xtrain for biceps/triceps - 40 minutes. I added on a quick 5 minute KB tutorial. I will do my own stretch now.

Annette - I'm glad to read you are not in pain :)
Nora - WTG with your extended workout yesterday!
Nicki - ugh about your internet. I like when everything runs smoothly
Linda - You are right about body bars being used in older workouts (was that a fad?)

Turbo Jam - Lower Body Jam = 29 Min & Fit Split - Bootcamp + Legs- Timesaver#2 Just Kickboxing + Stretch= 34 Min Nice variety!

YT-CrossRope- "30 Min. Low Impact Full Body RLJR & DB's with Simone
YT-Global Walks- "Florida Heritage Village, Largo, FL" Treadmill walk- 16 min.

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did my original Interval workout 1. It was 60 minutes of sweating but loving the music (3 songs are Mama Mia, On top of the World by Imagine Dragons and the Star Wars Imperial March track with Children as the warm up and Flashdance What a Feeling as the cooldown).

So I think I am finished for the day, I did both standing with weights abs and lying abs also so I think I hit everything in my workout.
