Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 3 and we did my Cardio Party Circuit which was about 50 minutes. Then I showed one of my ladies around the free weights and barbell section of the gym and put her through a mini weights workout. I managed about 45 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs and legs and glutes.
So I am finished now, off to grocery shop later.
