Hi Annette,

Today I did a Cathe Live Plyo Legs workout (I have stopped doing weighted squats as they hurt my back) which was fun and a sweat fest. Cathe doesn't know this but she is that 'friend' I go to when I need comfort, fun, familiarity etc. I have been so glad to work out with her these last couple of days. There's something about our one-sided relationship that brings me so much joy and happiness. I can't wait to put up my new Cathe Calendar!

Hi Siobhan ,

Well, I canceled my class due to the snow we got overnight. Roughly 5-6 inches and it is really cold. Hubby is home too.

So I did 2 of my own kickboxing workouts still having issues with following the music on 1 of them. It ended up being 78 minutes of kickboxing and that is subtracting the time I just waited for the cd to change songs since I was ahead 1 song in moves. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Then I go to get my bench out and it is stuck in the closet and I smashed my finger. Ouch! I left it in the closet. Hubby's gonna try.

I will let you know.
 
Add on 25 minutes of weight work using my dumbbells. Oh and the guy at the gym is positive for covid, sigh. Hopefully , I wasn't close enough to him to catch it.
