Daily Check-in, Friday, January 5, 2023

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live for cardio and compound moves. I did 30 minutes. I will do my own stretching after this for about 15 minutes. I almost did nothing today. ugh. My energy has been a bit lower this past week. It's winter. I am struggling to get out of bed before 5:30am. Sometimes, it's 5:45am. Oh well. As long as I get up!

Nora - I am so sorry you've broken your toe. Was that from when you hurt your ankle? How long will this need to heal? This must be frustrating for you!

I survived. That was a tough one. But I stuck it out. Even did the bonuses. But now I feel like I got hit by a truck. I feel a rest day coming on.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did 36 minutes of a Clau and Paty Cardio Boxing workout off of YouTube basically it was a move or combo for 30 seconds or a minute (there was no timer so I don't know exactly how long we did each cardio boxing move) then there was a short rest again don't know how long. I stopped when she went to the floor and did mountain climbers. Then I did my own floorwork and stretch for abs,legs and glutes for 20 minutes. So almost an hour, not too shabby.
