Hi ladies,

Ceci, I have earbuds and watch TV while on the elliptical.

Today I taught my Lower Body Challenge workout to 11 ladies for about 52 minutes. I got more positive comments about this workout than any others. It is tough but a good routine.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work, did chest flies, overhead triceps(1 arm at a time) and hammers with a twist using 15, 17.5 and 20 pound 0dumbbells sets of 10 or 12. Then I did seated clean and press with 10's and 12.5 pound dumbbells.

Then floorwork for abs and glutes .

I am worked out!!

Another rest day here. I am feeling better but I don't want to push it. I will be back at it on Sunday.

Oh and I bought a 5 pound plate so I can practice my new routines at home. And I found 2 pound each wrist weights with anchor thumb hold. Hopefully they will work well for kickboxing and I can hold weights while wearing them.
