This morning I did Power Hour sans abs/back segment + a Fitnessglo tabata workout (2 segments only = 16). Now it's time to get moving for work.

Today I tried working out with my knee brace on that I bought the other week when my knee was killing me. :( After yesterday's workout it hurt all day... so today with the knee brace on I did another 40 min. of a different taebo workout and my knee hurt worse with the brace on, sigh.:(

Kinda of glad it is the weekend since I tend to not get workouts in on the weekend so my knee can have 2 days to recover.:)
