Today I did Cathe's latest barbell upper body workout. I did not do the abs. I added on the upper body segment from Turbo Barre. I just love Cathe's spirit in Turbo Barre - plus the outfits - pink!

Hi Ladies - still walking 3.5 miles a day with mom. Today was the first day I picked up a kettlebell. Did Lauren Brooks Kettlebell Revelation workout #1. I can feel it. Have a great evening. Carmen.

Thank you Siobhan! I recorded it on my phone and another jewelry lady edited. It was fun and im learning how to make more. I'm using them to practice speaking in front of a camera. Thanks again.

Today I did LIHI Chest/shoulders/triceps + LIHI Back segment + a segment from one of Mari Winsor's Pilates dvd's.
