Today I did a short 30 minutes bi's/tri's funk roberts workout + a 10 minute bodyweight funk roberts workout.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 3 ladies who wanted a dancey workout. So we ended up doing one of my disco circuits that is all body weight exercises for the weight part. It kept us moving for 50 minutes, they had fun.

Then I did a 60 minute weight workout using the barbell, cables , dumbbells, bodygym, and floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes. Think I covered all muscle groups with everything I did.
