Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe's latest live cardio upper body circuit - it was fun! I added on 10 minutes of move with nicole - core only.

you sure did a lot of cardio yesterday. You seem to have a high tolerance for fatigue cos that was like an hour workout.

Hi Siobhan,

You should know by now that all my classes are an hour long. I have a few that are 41, 44 or 50 minutes long but most are an hour.

Today we did the 20-20-20 Wrap up Circuit for just over an hour.

Then I did 25 minutes of weight work including dumbbells, machines and floorwork. Then I practiced different step moves on a step for 10 minutes.

Finished now.
