Hi gals,

Back still out. Still went and taught Interval 2 from a chair. Thankfully all I had to do was tell them what to do and lead the different weight sections.

I did some movements from a seated position like kicks, knee lifts, side step, along with punches and uppercuts all seated. I stood for some of the weight work. I did a few squat jumps just because they weren't doing them. So all in all I probably got about 45 minutes of a semi seated cardio and weights even though the workout itself is just over an hour.

Hopefully it will be better by Monday.

I had 11 ladies for an hour.

Hi all!

Annette - hope your back improves soon.

I did Pyramid lower body, while suffering on the floor the power went, so I took that as a sign. [emoji23] I hate floor work, rolling hamstring work... I just can't handle the pain, so I did about 45min of PLB and then after I got the power up and running again I did Xtrain Legs bonus Barre, so just an extra 15min.

Later in the afternoon I went for a walk for a couple of hours, so that's it for today.

Have a lovely Friday.

Hey Annette & Henriette, hope your day was good. Our Peg must be sick, hope you feel better soon girl!
Tonight I did a workout from KCM's Meltdown DVD. The heavy bag workout. First time I have done it, and
I really liked it! Her heavy bag workout is tabata style and she doesn't go like wildfire. Punches are precise and
Somewhat controlled, I like that, I think it helped Me to have better form with my punches.
Thinking about adding on a short blender FS floor cardio workout, if I am going to do it, I better get started!:)
Hi to all that may follow.

Hello people. Yes Linda it was Couch max today. I couldn’t go to my doctor because she was sick too!!! So I went to the walk in clinic, waited 90 minutes for the dreaded nasal swab up my nose to test for the flu. I feel quite beat up. But my daughter came over with Lester and that perked me up.

Henriette it must be nice weather for you to take such long walks. It sounds lovely. It’s been cold here.

Annette I’m sorry about your back. Been there! Go easy my friend.

A big hello to Siobhan, Elsie and Missy.

Peg - hope you feel better soon. The weather here isn't great, often grey and drizzle but mild temperatures between 5 and 10 degrees Celsius. I just try to avoid being out when it really pours down and always have a goal of where to walk, something I need to buy a couple of km away. I am no good at just walking for the sake of walking.
