Hi ladies,
Blustery day with a snow shower this morning giving way to sunshine and breezy conditions this afternoon. Brrrrr!!!
Today I had 12 ladies for my High Energy Dance Circuit workout which was an hour long.
Then I did 45 minutes on the elliptical doing a combination of forward and backward.
Now I need to go grocery shopping.
