Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 20 minutes MH workout (lower body low impact body weight only) + one segment from STS squat rack legs. Short workout today. I have not slept well this week which is affecting my workouts. Ah well.

Hi all - TGIF!

Today was Cardio Boxing with Stability Ball Abs Live.

Ceci-it must be the energy in the Universe. I slept crappy all week as well.

Hi gals,

Today I taught my Upper Body Challenge vs.2 workout to 9 ladies for 53 minutes. Nonstop let me tell you, whew!!

Then I did a weight work out for 35 minutes including floorwork for abs,legs and glutes.
