Hi Siobhan ,
Today I had 5 ladies ,whoohooo!! We did my Weights, Cardio and Weights 1 workout which is about 56 minutes of torture, LOL!
Then I did 45 minutes of moderate weight work including barbell and dumbbells and cables, plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
Now I have to go home change clothes and go get my hair cut. And then grocery shop, yay me.
