Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Cardio Dance Party Circuit to 5 ladies for about 50 minutes. Then one of the ladies and I worked on moves for the still in the writing stage workout for about 30 more minutes.

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs,legs and glutes.
