Daily Check-in, Friday, January 16, 2026

Good Morning Everyone,

I worked out yesterday but didn't post: I did a mix of 3 different KB workouts + my own stretch and a Cathe warm-up for about an hour. Today I did C&E upper body for 45 minutes. I added on a 10 minute stretch.

WTG with everyone's workouts yesterday :)

CatheLive- "Cycle Circuit" - 41 min.

Since it was a longer one, that's it.

Siobhan, welcome back! (I noticed you posted as I was typing :) Great workouts yesterday for an hour, WOW
and today was another long one as well! Hope your trip and the birthday celebration for your MIL was good!
 
Hi ladies,

Today ended up being an 100 minute gym circuit consisting of shoulder work (shoulder machine, shoulder press, Arnold press, side laterals (bent arm), seated clean and press, and shrugs all with either 10's, 12.5 or 15 pound dumbbells) 4 sets of 15(12), 12(10), 10(8), and 8(6) parentheses number is an alternative number if say 15 was too many for said exercise.

Then I tried the newest machine the gym got but I couldn't do it,sigh. Then I did the new glute machine which wasn't too bad.

Then I did 12 minutes on the stair machine for some cardio.

Then I did the leg extension machine, the inner and outer thigh machines, the calf machine, and the lying incline leg press machine. Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes with a stretch.

Hopefully I won't feel it too badly. My lower back was hurting from yesterday's slip so hopefully it will start feeling better soon.

quite a way to wrap up the week.

Annette- OMG!!! 100 Min gym shoulders, lower body, and cardio workout- sounds tough and a challenge & powerful workout. You are amazing!! Oh no, your back is sore, please take it easy. I understand about slips, rest and take it easy you deserve it. Have a blessed evening;)

No workouts for me today as I just ran out of time for me today. Oh well maybe tomorrow:)
