Okay, this will be my THIRD attempt at this one...Tear It Up from the SS series and 30 minutes Cathe cardio. If it doesn't happen today, I GIVE UP!:p

DH and I got an offer for a babysitter tomorrow if we wanted to go out but we are going to his sister's to celebrate his mom's birthday...talk about awful-the funeral we went to for Sal's grandmother was on his mom's Birthday! :eek: x( ;( :-( YIKES!

Wendy...I hope you can get in your workout! I have had days like that myself...:(...Yuk, that is awful timing for the funeral...I bet Sal's Mom would love to see you both for dinner...:)

Well...I woke up about 2 AM, got out of bed about 2:45. Watched Supernatural I had tivoed...talk about scary!!! So now I am having coffee and hoping to make it thru P90X Legs & Back and a 4 mile run...

Yep! I got me buns up this morning and hit my treadmill for an hour jog :p :p Tonight, I’m thinking legs not sure which workout.

However, I got GS legs on me brain for tonight, never did this workout, OUCH! Okay if not GS legs for sure legs & glutes.

Good afternoon everyone,

Today must be legs day. I did P90X Legs and Back, and because I felt good (or at least I thought I did :)), I attempted GS Legs (standing leg work). I only made it to rear lunges. Oh well, Rome wasn't built in a day. DH and I have a party to attend tonight, so I'm sure I'll get some cardio in with the dancing.

I did Tear It Up this morning before DS got up and just finished Low Max intervals 4-7 on an 8" step this afternoon! YOWZA~that was a first!}(

Hi everyone!

Tending after Kate has kept me very busy over the past few months, but now that she's settling into a nice nap/feed/play routine, I'm getting a bit more time back. I hope to rejoin the daily check-in, although I'll probably post what I did the evening prior. I work out after dinner now, when DH is home. Kate sleeps at least 10 hours at night, but unfortunately refuses to go to bed before 11pm. So, she's forcing me to become a night owl, too x(

Since she was born I've been focusing on fat loss, and have done Cathe's January '05 rotation, HardCore fat loss rotation, and have just started her February '05 rotation. The weight is coming off really slowwwwwly, but nursing makes me too hungry to be able to control my portions very well. Oh well.

Last night I did a 30 minute treadmill interval run, CoreMax #1, and Total Body Stretch #1.

Tammy - I didn't even realize it was Friday the 13th until I read your post. Doh! Amazing workout for you today! Is that part of Cathe's January rotation? That's a very challenging rotation!

Wendy - Hey there! Great job on the weight loss! You're only four pounds away from your goal. Amazing. Joey is getting close to his first birthday, isn't he? Was he born last May?

Carole - good luck doing such a hard workout with so little sleep. Insomnia is awful, awful, awful.

Elaine - enjoy CW today. It's a fun workout, isn't it? I never mind it when it comes up on a rotation.

Teddygirl - an hour on the treadmill? How do you keep from going insane with boredom? I think it's great that you can do that!

Pamela - I've had the GS series since they came out a year ago, and I've yet to try any of them. The Chest and Leg workouts have me rather intimidated. Good on you for giving it a gander!

Jane - thanks for your reply to my post in the Ask Cathe forum. I've missed chatting with the group, too! With the workout you did today, you must be doing Cathe's January rotation? That's a tough one!

Nice seeing you all again! One of these days I'm going to make a picture trail and get photos of the baby posted.

Let me see, an hour on the treadmill. I have my radio head set on listening too the wave or hip hop and sometimes I do alot of day dreaming :D ;) :7

Hi Sandra! Welcome back! It is so great to *see* you again. Kate sounds glorious...I can't wait to see pix.

I'm doing a CTX rotation right now and I am really enjoying working one body part per day.

Don't worry...you'll be back in shape soon enough...treasure this special time, because it goes by so fast! My oldest will be 21 in April...EEK!
 
Hey Sandra!! It is so good to have you back on the boards. You've been missed!!

Yes, I am doing the January rotation (or it is doing me in;) ), I haven't quite decided yet. Some days are better then others. Today wasn't too bad. Our one rest day a week is something we all look forward to!!!

Again, so good to have you back!! I look forward to your posts. Oh and Katie is a darlin', I posted on your pic trail tread.
