Hi Everyone,

Today I managed a short 25 min. spin workout + the first segment of Cathe's latest PHA - upper body. So far so goooood! I love other trainers but no one matches cathe's energy/spirit. You just can manufacture that.

Have a great day everyone. Eye appt this morning, in the office later this afternoon for a couple of sessions then back on the couch to rest.

I hope to see you all tomorrow at the check in!

Hi gals,

Today I taught my new Cardio Dance Party Circuit to 8 ladies for about 47 minutes. I even had a new younger lady(early 40's).

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work for triceps and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I did a pyramid type thing with overhead one arm triceps and 2 arm holding 1 dumbbell overhead and going down for triceps. Did 12, 14 and 16 reps then went back down. Think I will feel that tomorrow:eek: !!
