Good workout Conni.
This morning I did a mish mosh. I started with Powerstrike 6 and pulled it out at 36 minutes. I just don't like this one. Next I finished Horizontal conditioning - last segment 'cos I did it last night (the first two segments?). Next, I did Tabatacise #5 then stretched. It was about 55 minutes in total.
