Daily Check In, Friday Jan.25

Hi Everyone,

Good workout Conni.

This morning I did a mish mosh. I started with Powerstrike 6 and pulled it out at 36 minutes. I just don't like this one. Next I finished Horizontal conditioning - last segment 'cos I did it last night (the first two segments?). Next, I did Tabatacise #5 then stretched. It was about 55 minutes in total.

Hi gals, no workout yesterday I took a sub job, but today I did 27 min. of the Ultimate Amped Taebo workout.(shorter workout on the DVD) I also watched the very end of the Ultimate Taebo the longer workout on this DVD(that I did on Wednesday) and boy does Billy get silly and crazy, I am glad I stopped just shy of what he did I am not even sure I could do it, lots of hip jirations (sp?) and just free for all moving of the hips and such. :eek:

Anyway it is snowing now and I need to go out.:eek:
