Hi ladies,

Supercuts today - it was actually kind of fun. Is it just me or is this series not the usual Cathe "puke in a bucket" kind of workout stuff?

Crossfire and TTM are also less intimidating than some previous workouts that Cathe has produced.
 
Hi everyone,

This morning I did slow and heavy legs and jari love slim and lean leg chapters. It was a solid leg workout.

Carmen I hope you mend quickly. I've read to double up on zinc.

Good workout conni. I agree this series is tough but you don't have to kill yourself. I liked supercuts too.

Thanks CeCi, everything went great, he can move his neck up and down now and return to work next week, we go back in March then another check in the summer and we will be done with Shriners since he will turn 21 in Aug. I am thankful for Shriners and all they do and provide for kids but I am glad to be done with those whirlwind trips 3 hours there, appt. and then 3 hours home again.
