This morning I did about 20 minutes of Amy Dixon's Raise some Bell - it was too much for my lungs. Then, I moved on and did 2 segments from Exhale Core Fusion Cardio Intensity - that was really good. Another library find.
Good workouts again ladies. Conni - you sure do love that xtrain workout now don't you. Annette - I really like Cardio Blast and have done the plyo premix often. I don't do the step premix - I am not a fan of it.
