Good morning all!

Today's workouts plan:

CatheLive- "Upper Body & Core Fusion" - 42 min. (I've been on a CatheLive "kick" for a few days, but trying to do more
on upper body since falling last week, at least for a while, and I love upper body workouts as well!)
YT-120spm- "Hartz Mountain Range, Germany" skier workout - 5 min. (I believe this is the shortest YT workout I've
ever done!) :)

Welcome backSiobhan! Hope your trip was fun! Great job with yesterday's CatheLive. I did sit down and
watch it yesterday, I liked what I saw and the fact that it was an express at 38 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was an 83 min gym circuit for shoulders, sled for cardio, 3 leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

I did bent arm side laterals 3 sets using 10's and 12.5's for either 10 or 12 reps each. In between each set I did shrugs with 25 and 30 pound dumbbells. Then seated clean and press with 10's and 12.5's for 3 sets. Then Arnold press with 10's and 12.5's for 3 sets. Then rear shoulders in-between the Arnold press sets. Then shoulder press with 15's for 3 sets.

Then I moved to the sled doing my usual pull 6 plates, push 7, pull 8 and end with pushing 11, not to shabby for not having done it in a long while.

Then I did 3 leg machines, the calf machine, the regular leg press machine (even managed 220 on it), then the new glute machine. All the other machines were taken.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes some exercises were weighted and a nice stretch.

Longer than I was hoping but I am finished, whew!

Hey gals,

While my brother is doing better he might have a complication of the valve replacement surgery where his right and left ventricles don't communicate correctly causing him to have a weak pulse. Which in turn might present the need for a pacemaker. They are going to recheck his heart rate on Monday and decide if he needs a pacemaker. If so he will be in the hospital another week. Keep praying please. Thanks

Annette- Your are hands down the queen of gym circuit workouts, bravo! Awesome 83 Min gym circuits shoulder work with added sled cardio & legs and floor work to round everything out. Bravo! You are inspirational:) I will continue praying for your brother to recover. praying that his right & left ventricles
will begin to talk to each other and for his pulse to get stronger. Enjoy your Friday evening;)

Nicki- I hope your getting sleep and feeling better due to pain relief meds. Praying for your doctor to solve all this for you:) Enjoy your Friday evening;)

Again, no workout today, just resting. I had problems with walking earlier balance-wise. I walked like drunken sailor. After some sleep it was closer to normal. MS always an issue just lack of sleep and a cold impacts me that way. It was safer to not workout in that state. More rest tomorrow and Sunday. No workouts Saturday & Sunday just rest.
