Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G's Epic end game chest/back/shoulders - I managed about 65% of the workout and moved onto 10 minutes of pilates with Move with Nicole - just core work.

Amazing you could work out when sore yesterday. Have a great day Annette.
 
Hi Siobhan,

I tend to try and work through the pain of DOMS.

Today I had 3 ladies and we did my Total Body Challenge routine for 55 minutes. Wasn't as long as I thought it was, then I did a quick 20 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps and triceps.

Now I am sitting in the hairstylist chair under a dryer getting a perm.

Oh and Jerry the friend at the gym has challenged me to getting to 10 plates (45) by the end of the year on the sled. At least I have till the end of the year.
