I tend to try and work through the pain of DOMS.
Today I had 3 ladies and we did my Total Body Challenge routine for 55 minutes. Wasn't as long as I thought it was, then I did a quick 20 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps and triceps.
Now I am sitting in the hairstylist chair under a dryer getting a perm.
Oh and Jerry the friend at the gym has challenged me to getting to 10 plates (45) by the end of the year on the sled. At least I have till the end of the year.
